Not as easy to get to by public transport as some of the other cinemas, but it is close to the ferry terminal for Holland. You really need a car to get to it. The cinema has 9 screens.
The Forum Cinema, Hexham

Situated right in the heart of Hexham and the only cinema in Tynedale, it's owned by a community partnership. The cinema dates back 70 years. Although it's limited to just one screen, it shows the latest releases and it's prices are cheaper than most of the multi screen cinemas. (It also has a bar in the cinema and a pub downstairs)
